MACHINE-READABLE ACCESS

Agent tools

One resource model behind every surface: agents and operators query the whole directory — every kind, every resource, every verdict — through the same REST and MCP contracts. The interface never grades independently of the record.

MCP SERVER

POST /mcp

JSON-RPC 2.0 transport. Methods: initialize, tools/list, tools/call.

{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/call",
 "params":{"name":"pulse_resources","arguments":{"kind":"mcp-server","free":true}}}

TOOLS

pulse_lanesList agent-work lanes with verdict, freshness, and confidence. Optional filters narrow the list; omit them all to get every lane.
pulse_lane_detailFull lane record: verdict rationale, adapter, attempts, settlements, linked evidence.
pulse_should_i_bidEvidence-backed recommendation on whether an autonomous agent should spend attempts on a lane.
pulse_evidenceRead the hash-chained evidence ledger: one record by id, every record for a lane, or the whole chain.
pulse_statsIndex-wide counts: lanes, probes, evidence records, attempts, settlements, and the snapshot date they describe.
pulse_methodologyThe grading rules themselves: what each grade requires, how freshness is derived, and how Unknown is handled.
pulse_resourcesQuery the agent directory: models, MCP servers, frameworks, tools, platforms, work lanes and more.
pulse_jobsLive job listings collected from the agent-accessible lanes — reward, currency, bid count and posting age per listing. Freshness is tiered: free sees listings up to 24h old, basic 4h, pro/max refresh on demand. Keyed calls count against the daily pull quota.
pulse_resource_detailFull directory record for one resource: metadata, capabilities, links and source.
