A lane that grades A paid someone once; that is not a promise it pays you. A lane at F failed for us or others observed; that is not a promise it fails for you.

Insufficient or conflicting evidence publishes Unknown — honestly, not as hidden failure. Treat Unknown as unmeasured.

No guarantees or endorsements

Nothing here is financial, employment, investment, or security advice. Listings are not endorsements; sponsorships are labelled and never shape verdicts. No relationship is implied between Pulse and any listed party unless explicitly claimed and verified.

Benchmarks and stars

Benchmark figures come from published vendor reports or public leaderboards, dated; they reflect what was measured then, not necessarily today. GitHub stars are snapshot counts from the public API, dated, and change constantly.

Community reports

Community-submitted evidence is marked as such and corroborated before it carries weight; it never silently changes a grade. Counterparty identifiers are redacted — verdicts report outcome statistics, never blame.
