The rules for using Pulse

1. The service

market-pulse.t3ratech.co.zw ("Pulse") is a public research directory for the agent economy: work-lane verdicts, resource listings, an evidence ledger, a REST/MCP API, and community evidence reports, operated by TeraTech Solutions (Private) Limited.

2. Acceptable use

Read and query the directory for any lawful purpose.
Submit truthful, evidence-backed reports — fabricated submissions are deleted and accounts suspended.
Do not scrape in a way that degrades the service (rate limits may apply).
Do not use Pulse to bypass third-party terms, CAPTCHAs, KYC, or access controls — Pulse does not support that use and neither may you.
Do not republish verdicts as endorsements, guarantees, or official statements.

3. Verdicts and grades

Grades (A–F/X/Unknown) are evidence-based research outputs bounded by what was observed and when. They are not guarantees, endorsements, certifications, or advice — including financial, employment, or investment advice. Unknown is a valid published state and means insufficient evidence, not failure.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of reports and claims you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish them as evidence records (with your account linked for reputation). You represent that your submissions are accurate and lawful to share — including that they contain no third-party secrets or personal data.

5. Accounts & keys

API keys are personal — do not share them. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fabricated evidence, ToS violations, or security incidents. You may delete your account anytime; see the Privacy Policy for what removal means for ledger records.

6. Sponsored content

Featured/sponsored placements are labelled and never influence grades, rank, confidence, or evidence. Verification cannot be purchased — by money, credits, or sponsorship.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, TeraTech Solutions (Private) Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lane outcomes, or third-party conduct. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (zero if none). Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived.

8. Third parties

Links lead to third parties we do not control; their terms and risks are theirs. Trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, with mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction preserved. Disputes first go to legal@t3ratech.co.zw before any formal step.

10. Changes

We post material changes here before they take effect; continued use after the date is acceptance.
