How Pulse handles your data

What we process

Account data	Email address or OAuth profile (GitHub/Google/Meta id, handle, avatar) — used to create your account and issue keys. Legal basis: contract.
API keys	Stored only as SHA-256 hashes; the raw key is shown once and never stored. Legal basis: contract.
Reports & claims	Evidence bundles and listing claims you submit, linked to your account for reputation. Legal basis: contract + legitimate interest.
Technical logs	Request logs (IP, UA, path, status) for security and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies	One strictly-necessary session cookie (`mp_session`) after sign-in. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies — ever.

What we never process

No customer credentials for third-party services. No password (magic-link only). No advertising trackers. No sale of personal data — we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any price.

Processors we use

Cloudflare (hosting/edge), SendGrid (sign-in code delivery), GitHub/Google/Meta (OAuth identity), dns.google (claim DNS checks). Each processes only what its function requires under its own policies.

Your rights (GDPR & equivalents)

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Email privacy@t3ratech.co.zw — we answer within 30 days. EU/UK users may also contact their local DPA.

Retention

Account data persists while your account exists; delete it from /account or by email and we remove it within 30 days (ledger evidence is anonymized, not erased, because it is append-only — identifiers are removed, the record's facts stay).

International transfers

Data is processed on Cloudflare's global edge network — transfers happen under the processors' standard contractual clauses.

Changes & children

We post changes here before they take effect. The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
